Sabina Ptacin serves as the co-founder and Chief Excitement Officer of ‘PRENEUR, a resource, tool and community for entrepreneurs. She is also the co-founder and chief brand strategist at Red Branch Public Relations in New York City. Prior to living and working in NYC, Sabina taught high school on Chicago’s South Side and designed history and political science curriculum. She moved to New York City in 2005 to experience her “New York Chapter” where a chance job opportunity led her to discover her love of public relations, and within a year she’d started a boutique agency specializing in lifestyle brands and entrepreneur-run companies. Sabina quickly saw the power public relations can have on a small business, as well as how many small businesses ran do-it-yourself campaigns. This inspired her to combine her love of PR with her passion for teaching by educating small business owners on the ins and outs of running their own campaigns. Two years later she co-founded her second business, an entrepreneurial community with a strong focus on tools, education and resources for small businesses which evolved into ‘PRENEUR, a company that serves entrepreneurs of all kinds from London to Los Angeles.
Sabina speaks on entrepreneurship, small business and do-it-yourself public relations around the country and has been featured on ABC News, Forbes, Fox Business News, WPIX New York, Better TV, Tory Johnson’s Spark & Hustle Tour and more.
She believes that entrepreneurship is the new black and that it allows one to live their best life, steer their own ship and is an opportunity that should be accessible and possible for all who feel the tug to create their own business. She is thrilled to be part of the ‘PRENEUR team, finding new ways to serve entrepreneurs of all kinds on a daily basis. She resides in Brooklyn, New York.
